Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges
- Window: Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
- Non-returnable: Perishables (e.g., dates/food items), intimate apparel, customized/engraved items, opened consumables, and items marked “Final Sale”.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with order number, photos/video of the package and item. We’ll assist with replacement or refund as applicable.
Return Process
- Email info@deenibazar.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide pickup/return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process exchange or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method per gateway timelines (typically 5–10 working days after approval; bank timelines may vary).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For Cash on Delivery (if offered), refunds may be issued via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation; a full refund will be processed.
- After Dispatch: Please initiate a return once delivered (standard return rules apply).
- We may cancel orders for reasons like out-of-stock, address issues, or suspected fraud. Any charged amount will be refunded.
